The property was in the ideal location for what I was looking for, which was to be close to multiple transport links. I find that it's the ideal location for a mix of country and city living. With farthing downs a 5 mins drive or London a 20/30 min train ride. As well as the ease to train stations, the 2 parking spaces mean I can either take up both with my one car or have additional spots for my guests.

I have done the flat up to a spec that I would love (which is luxurious!). I especially enjoy the large sink with surrounding lights in the bathroom. The open plan living area is amazing for entertaining and I love the large hallway which has become an extension to my dressing room.
